Your Investment Checklist: Promotional Products Franchise Costs that You Should Know

Home - Blog - Your Investment Checklist: Promotional Products Franchise Costs that You Should Know

A franchise investment is far different than purchasing stocks, bonds, or real estate. Why? When you make a franchise investment, you invest in yourself. Let’s take a quick look at Fully Promoted’s promotional products franchise cost, where your money goes, and how to manage these expenses.

Franchise Fee

If you are familiar with the franchise experience, then you’re probably aware that the franchise fee is an integral part of the overall investment which all franchise brands include. Fully Promoted asks that all franchisees commit $49,500 as a franchise fee. That covers access to our brand name, systems, processes, and so much more. Franchisees will enjoy these benefits throughout the life of their business.

Initial Marketing Fee

At Fully Promoted, we understand the importance of promoting your brand more than anyone else. In order to get your business headed in the right direction, advertising your locations to the right buyers is crucial.

Real Estate Payments

Before signing your franchise agreement, the Fully Promoted franchise development team will want to consider locations. Right now, we have over 300 locations around the world, but there is plenty of room for more! Fully Promoted franchisees should expect to pay estate rental charges, along with charges for utilities and security deposits.

Equipment Costs

To accelerate our services past our competitors, all Fully Promoted locations employ the latest tools that get the job done right. Part of your initial payment will include your equipment package, however, we do not require franchisees to fulfill this cost all at once. Financing the necessary equipment is also an option.

Ongoing Royalties

Royalty fees are a standard part of all franchise investments and are used to support the franchisor’s ongoing growth. Fully Promoted franchisees are required to pay a monthly royalty fee of 6% based on their store’s gross sales revenue. Since this cost is tied to your store’s income, the exact amount that a franchisee pays will vary.

When you start an independent business, there is no definitive way to know ahead of time the exact costs you will face. This has helped make franchising an increasingly popular and smarter way to start up. We are absolutely transparent about the expenses you are expected to fulfill ahead of time, and clearly spell out every aspect of your investment in the franchise disclosure document. Fully Promoted will provide you with this document well before you sign the Franchise Agreement, so you have everything you need to make a confident decision.
